"Maybe I missed something, but it didn’t look like the photos"
I’m not sure if I just expected too much from the pictures, but the dress I got looked different in person. The fit felt off, and the little details didn’t really match what I thought I was ordering. Maybe it’s just me, but it wasn’t what I pictured at all.

I wouldn’t feel comfortable trusting them with my money. Maybe it’s a gut thing, but when something gives me even a few red flags, I tend to take the shortcut and just avoid it rather than overthink it

I ordered this because the pictures made it look really cute and better quality than it actually is, but once it showed up, it was a totally different vibe. The color was off, the shape didn’t look the same, and the fabric looked way cheaper in person.
it was annoying because now I have to deal with the hassle of returning it, which feels like more effort than it’s worth. Maybe I just got a bad one, but the product photos felt misleading, and I wouldn’t buy it again unless they showed some real customer-style pictures.

"Disappointed with the quality and support experience"
I was disappointed with this. The item felt cheaper than I expected, the fabric was really thin, and some of the stitching looked messy right out of the package. After just one wash, it already didn’t look right anymore. I tried reaching out to support, but it felt like I just got stuck in a loop with the same generic responses and no real help. I wouldn’t buy this again.

"Shipping is taking way too long"
I ordered this a few weeks ago and still haven’t gotten anything. The tracking has barely updated, or moved, really... it’s just kind of frustrating because I expected it to be here by now...
"Delivery took much longer than expected"
I waited way longer than I was comfortable with for the delivery to show up. If you need something by a certain time, I’d be careful and maybe have a backup plan.

"Fit was way off"
This was way too tight and uncomfortable, so I’m definitely not wearing it again. It’s also frustrating when the terms seem to change after the fact, because it just makes the whole experience more annoying

I tried checking out a few times, but my payment kept failing for no clear reason. Not sure if it was just me or if other people have had the same issue, but it made the whole process frustrating.

"Tracking Just... Stopped Updating for Days!!"
I ordered from BGMgirl the tracking has been so annoying!!! It basically stopped moving for days... just sitting there saying stuff like "label created" or "in transit" but nothing actually changes?? I tried to be patient and wait it out, but at this point it's just frustrating. There's no clear delivery date, and I have no idea where my package even is!!! I definitely wouldn't order again.

I ended up ordering the wrong size because the size chart was basically no help at all. if a company is going to provide a guide, it should be accurate enough for customers to rely on. It feels unfair to make people guess and then deal with the hassle afterward
"Honestly, not a great experience"
I really didn’t enjoy using BGMgirl. The whole site felt kind of confusing, and trying to find what I needed turned into way more effort than it should’ve been. After a while I was just sitting there like, give me a break.
I expected the experience to be smoother, but it just felt frustrating from start to finish. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me, it wasn’t worth the hassle.

I was disappointed. It just felt way too pricey for what it is, and I kept thinking I could’ve spent the money on something better. Not really worth it in my opinion

I ordered this dress because the photos made it look like a soft pink, and my brain basically went, “Cute pink dress, done.” But when it arrived, it was way more peachy/orange in person. The fit was fine, so no big issue there, but the color was the whole reason I bought it. Disappointing.

"Fell apart after just a few wears"
I was disappointed. I ordered from bgmgirl.com and at first the item looked fine, so I thought it was a decent buy. But after wearing it a few times recently, the stitching started coming loose and the material just feels really cheap now. Maybe I’m extra annoyed because it happened so soon, but for the price I expected it to hold up way better. After this experience, I wouldn’t order again.

I had a hard time figuring out the return policy on bgmgirl.com. It wasn’t clear what could be returned, how many days I had, or whether I’d have to pay for shipping. I ended up having to chase them for answers, which was frustrating and made me feel less comfortable ordering. They really need to make the policy easier to understand upfront

"Wrong stuff showed up in my order"
My order finally arrived, but a couple of the items were completely wrong, and one thing I specifically picked was missing altogether. I went back and checked my confirmation email because I thought maybe I messed up, but nope, it clearly wasn’t what I ordered.
Customer support didn’t really help much either. I kept having to explain the same thing, and it felt like they were hiding behind some weird policy loopholes instead of just fixing the order. Frustrating to wait on a package and then have to fight to get what you actually paid for.
